Oliver is very flexible when it comes to conducting his appointments – whether you prefer a home visit or an evening ‘phone call. “The key is that my clients feel comfortable and the conversations aren’t rushed – as there is plenty of information to go through – and I understand that in the current climate people will have a lot of questions”.
He adds: “I really understand that times are tough and people are feeling the financial squeeze. The two points I would always highlight are: Firstly, all my initial appointments are free of charge and there’s no obligation to go any further. Secondly, my job is to look at the whole of the mortgage market to find my clients the best deals. This should hopefully save more money compared with going direct to their current bank/lender.”
